Asia Wins 16 Golds at the Clio Awards Led by Ogilvy Hong Kong and Dentsu Jayme Syfu Philippines


Asia enjoyed a good haul from the Clio Awards with Dentsu Jayme Syfu Philippines, Ogilvy Hong Kong, and Innored Korea among those winning in a field that saw Asia score an overall total of 16 Gold awards.

Ogilvy Hong Kong’s KFC Hot & Spicy print and outdoor campaign performed best amongst its Asia peers with four Gold Awards across Outdoor, Print and Craft categories. The campaign also took home a Bronze for the photography craft.

Dentsu Jayme Syfu Philippines’ ‘Dead Whale’ for Greenpeace took home three Gold Statues in Innovation, Out of Home and Craft. The campaign also scored a Silver and a Bronze.

Innored Korea scored two Gold Statues for their Banana-Flavored Milk ‘MyStraw’ campaign.

Also taking home two Golds was Ogilvy Group Thailand with Lego “Astronaut” which won in the Print and Craft categories. The Lego campaign also scored five Silver Statues and two Bronze.

Ogilvy Singapore took home a gold for “Pitching French Films to Hollywood”, GreynJ United Bangkok for the beautifully directed “Friendshit” web film, Amber China for their “Chop Chop – Beef” print work.

Additional winners were TBWA\Thailand for the McDonald’s “The All Nighters” print campaign, TBWA\India for “Blind to Speak” and TBWA\Hakuhodo Japan for “AIG “Pride Jersey”.
